Another Bitterly Cold Day

Today’s high temperature may reach above zero in International Falls, Minnesota, after a record low Wednesday of 37-below. And a good chunk of the US is still in the grip of bitter cold. Wind chills in the Northeast will feel like the single digits or below zero. Parts of western New York and Pennsylvania continue digging out from several feet of lake effect snow. Residents of Erie, PA are dealing with 65.1 inches of powder.
