State Will Not Release Some MCS Reports

A report looking at the health insurance costs of Muncie Community Schools will not be released by the state. The wraps are also being kept on a report examining the district’s property/casualty insurance costs. There’s a public hearing coming up Monday about whether the state should take full control of the district.
