Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill says the City of Anderson needs to establish a Ten Point Coalition if the community wants to break the cycle of violence, drug use and poverty. Hill spoke to about 50 pastors and community leaders this week at the Anderson Township Trustee’s office.
