Cold Storage Facility Eyed For Anderson

A cold storage facility could be going up in the Flagship Enterprise Center in Anderson. Fort Wayne-based Interstate Warehousing wants to spend $30 million on the first phase of it and has purchased 77 acres of land near the intersection of Layton Road and 73rd Street. The quarter-million sqaure foot facility could be complete a year from now and could generate 60 jobs by the end of next year.
