Detectives with the Madison County Sheriff’s Department have detained an Anderson man in connection with the fatal shooting of a young Muncie woman Monday night. 24-year-old Joshua Steele has been placed on a 72-hour hold while authorities figure out what led up to the shooting death of 20-year-old Jalynn N. Harman.
