Three East Central Indiana residents are accused of making meth in Dunkirk. Jasma Nichole Leonhard of Dunkirk, Aaron S. Darnell of Hartford City, and Lane D. Allen of Portland have been arrested in the investigation. They are each charged with aiding, inducing or causing manufacturing of meth.
