After three years of delays, the reckless homicide case pending against an Indianapolis woman in the death of her 4-year-old granddaughter may end with a plea of guilty. Donna Randolph is scheduled to appear today before a Delaware Circuit Court judge to change her plea. She tested positive for alcohol and marijuana after making a U-turn on I69 near Daleville in June of 2014.
