A Windy City man cuffed in Muncie holding a lot of cocaine: Police say they pulled over 38 year old Pedro Correa during a traffic stop on the 1200 block of East 29th Street. He had roughly three quarters of a million dollars’ worth of the drug in his car, plus, another $90,000 worth of methamphetamine.
