A woman is accused of walking around a New Castle hotel naked from the waist down and telling people that vampires damaged her hotel room. According to the Courier-Times, 53-year-old Lisa Stout was arrested after she threatened to kill hotel employees and police officers. Stout faces several charges including public intoxication, criminal mischief and battery with bodily waste.
