Elwood Mayor Jones along with other city officials attended a check presentation ceremony at the Pendleton Town Hall. Governor Holcomb and INDOT Commissioner Joe McGuiness presented Elwood with a check for $237,000 from the INDOT Community Crossings Grant. The funding is earmarked for infrastructure improvements.
