Appeal Denied For Casino Card-Counter

The house always wins. An Indiana man banned from Hoosier Park Racing & Casino in Anderson had his appeal denied in a case stemming from a 2011 arrest for trespassing and other charges. Thomas Donovan had been banned from all Centaur properties for his 100 percent success rate in card-counting.
