October 30th is the trial date for two Muncie men accused torturing a local woman. Police say 35-year-old Benitez McCullum and 56-year old Robert Walton face more than two dozen charges in connection with the incident last August in which they used a nail gun to shoot staples into the legs, abdomen and feet of a 46 year old woman. They were caught after another woman they were holding escaped.
