Is a new jail in the works in Delaware County? The Star Press reports officials are being low key looking at plans to build a new lockup that could hold 600 or more inmates. The plan also has two potential sites in mind: a shell building in the Industria Centre industrial park or the former Wilson Middle School. The current jail is 25 years old.
