Kokomo police say the man who crashed into an elderly moped driver on Saturday was drunk. Dewayne Levine was driving near Morgan and Ohio streets when he crossed the center line and hit 82-year-old Charles Branch. Branch died of his injuries. Levine is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, causing death.
