He was pulled over on a traffic violation and later died. 25-year-old Nico Vasquez was stopped for speeding by Alexandria police. And moments later fell into a semi-conscious state. He was taken to the hospital where he later died. The coroner says it appears to be drug-related. Vasquez’ blood tested positive and an empty plastic bag was found in the man’s stomach.
