Nine Hoping To Fill School Board Seat

Nine people are hoping to replace Anderson Community School Board of Trustees member Ben Gale, who resigned abruptly last month. Board President Patrick Hill says the sitting board members are expected to whittle down the field by about half with a public forum interview for the remaining candidates on Thursday afternoon. The final selection will be made on July 25.
