The Muncie Public Transportation Corporation will hold a public hearing on proposed service changes by the Muncie Indiana Transit System. The MITS hearing will be held this Thursday morning at 8:30 at the Dr. J. B. Black, Jr. Meeting & Training Facility, on East Seymour Street in Muncie.
