In Yorktown, the July 4th Festival gets underway later today. The carnival starts today at Morrow’s Meadow. It’s open from 5 to 10pm through Monday. The 7th annual Four for the Fourth race is on the fourth and features a 4-mile run/walk and 1-mile Fun Run. Also that day, the 50/50 rubber duck race and fireworks at 10pm.
