Tyson Foods is recalling nearly 2.5 million pounds of breaded chicken products because they may contain milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the label. The chicken was produced and packaged on various dates from Aug. 17, 2016 through Jan.14, 2017. They were shipped for “institutional use” nationwide.
