Police say they arrested a Muncie man after he called 911, time and time again. 35 year old Jonothon Fyffe of the 800 block of West 11th Street made the calls after being cited for playing loud music late Wednesday night. Now he’s charged with misuse of a 911 system and was being held in lieu of $2500 bail.
