Muncie Animal Care Services is bursting at the seams and so the facility is holding a $5 adoption day special. It will actually be two days, Friday and Saturday , from 10am to 5:30pm Friday and from noon to 3pm on Saturday. The shelter is at 901 W. Riggin Road. All dogs and cats up for adoption are sterilized, current on age-appropriate vaccinations and microchipped.
