An arrest early Friday of a New Castle man whose marriage is on the rocks. 40 year old James Swift of the 1300 block of R Avenue is accused of shooting his estranged wife and another man outside her home in Kennard. He was cuffed at about 1:30 this morning, about eight hours after the shooting took place.
