Commissioners in Madison County are looking at three bids to do the work and are expected to make a decision on one of the contractor bids at its June 20th meeting. The work is being paid for through the county’s share of the wheel tax revenues and the $1 million matching grant through the Community Crossroads Program of the Indiana Department of Transportation that was awarded in 2016.
