He’s accused of setting fire to his eastside Muncie apartment. 32-year-old Christopher Michael Swisher was held in the Delaware County jail under a $22,500 bond after firefighters were called to the 1600 block of East Jackson Street. Swisher’s girlfriend says he put burning paper in a hole he had punched in the wall after becoming upset with his landlord.
