A Muncie woman has been arrested for Possession of Heroin. It happened during a traffic stop at the corner of Adams and Madison Street after a positive K9 sniff of the car. 25-year-old Shalone Strong is facing numerous drug-related charges and taken to the Delaware County Jail.
