A New Castle man and two women have been arrested as the result of an ongoing drug investigation. A search warrant served at a South 17th Street residence and officers discovered Methamphetamine. DCS was called to assist with two children under the age of 5. Arrested was the children’s mother Savannah Dorris, Dorris’s mother, Ty Dorris, and 36-year-old Dusty Kidd. Together they face drug and probation violation charges.
