Police say a Muncie man was texting and intoxicated when he crashed his vehicle ino the back of another late last month. 34 year old Tanner Swain of the 4000 block of North Everett Road, was charged in Henry County traffic court. He faces counts of driving while intoxicated and causing serious injury. Police say Swain drove his pickup into the rear of a minivan on April 22nd. The accident happened on Ind. 3 near Prairie Road.
