For the third time in a month and a half, a nurse at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is under arrest and charged with stealing pain killers while on duty. Police say 52 year old Ruth Evelyn Williams, of the 100 block of North Delaware County Road 500-E, is charged with drug possession and criminal recklessness in connection with the incident. She’s free on bail after posting a $10,000 bond Wednesday morning.
