Local authorities have arrested a man they say came to Muncie to meet with and have sex with someone he thought was a 15 year old girl. It turns out that 41-year-old Christopher Lung had been communicating with an undercover Delaware County deputy instead of the girl. Lung’s been charged with attempted sexual misconduct. Bail has been set at $15,000.
