Mom Accused Of Threats Against Emergency Personnel

An incident in which police say an Eaton woman allegedly threatened to attack Child Protective Services workers lead to her arrest 24 year old Baily Stogner is charged with intimidation on a CPS worker, intimidation on law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Police went to a hom on the 300 block of West Harris Street at just before 10 Monday night after reports of a juvenile boy being there and a number of adults who were intoxicated and unable to take proper care of him. The boy is Stogner’s son, but is in the legal custody of his grandmother.
