There’s discussion happening in Anderson about whether AndersonTV should be considered as its own department. A new spending plan is several months away, but the Herald Bulletin reports Councilwoman Jennifer Culp has renewed her request for that funding to be classified as its own department or at least a separate budget in the 2018 budget. The mayor’s office would have to initially tackle the transition of AndersonTV as another city department.
