16 years in prison for a man police say sexually abused children at his mother’s day care business in New Castle. 36 year old Aaron New was charged with attacking two kids, both three years old at the time, in incidents that happened in 2012 and in 2013. New pleaded guilty in the case. He did not address relatives of the victims who were in the courtroom.
