Retiring Indiana Supreme Court Justice Robert Rucker was awarded one of Indiana’s highest civilian honors during a farewell ceremony Monday. Gov. Eric Holcomb, Rucker’s family and former justices attended the celebration at the Statehouse courtroom. Rucker retires Friday after 26 years on the court.
