A longtime Muncie neighborhood pool is calling it quits. Lack of finances and declining membership are among the reasons for the closing of the Halteman Swim Club located on North Lancaster Drive. The pool first opened in 1960 and provided more than 50 years of memories for many people in the neighborhood.
