Kids love to skateboard and with winter in the rear view, they’re going strong. on Friday, the Muncie Skatepark Initiative will hold a public meeting from 6-8 p.m. at Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Design. The discussion will center on the design of the proposed skatepark, its function, and its impact on the community. Construction of the facility is expected to start in mid-summer. Also, representatives of the project will be on hand to answer questions.
