A local felon will admit to violating federal gun laws when he sold firearms to undercover agents in Delaware County. According to The Star Press, 38-year-old Jason Claire Janis, of Winchester, will plead guilty to two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon at a hearing set for June 22 in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis. Janis remains in federal custody.
