Indiana State Police involved in another New Castle meth bust. This time they served a search warrant and took into custody 35-year-old Robert Parmar on charges of possession & paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. 32-year-old Homer Parmar was also taken into custody on a Felony Parole Violation Warrant.
