A New Castle woman has been arrested on drug charges by Indiana State Police. 28-year-old Brandy McIntosh is charged with Possession of Meth and hydrocodone and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. McIntosh was arrested and lodged in the Henry County Jail after police served a search warrant at 11-12 South 19th Street in New Castle.
