A Blackford County man is accused of repeatedly selling meth to an agent of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force. 48-year-old Marc David Tobey of Montpelier is charged with dealing, possession of meth, possession of a syringe, and other counts. He was being held under a $56,000 bond in the Delaware County Jail.
