The victim says he was walking along Sampson Avenue and 10th Street in Muncie when a man in a gold Buick, called him a “punk” and took a shot at him. Police were able to track down 37-year-old David Bond Jr. of the 900 block of East Eighth Street. He’s now facing criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon charges and receiving stolen property.
