An Anderson man has been arrested after being charged with molesting and solicitation of a neighbor’s child. 62-year-old Thomas Earl Henson was held in the Madison County Jail after the girl told investigators that he touched her over her clothes and gave her money by putting it under her clothes. Henson says he put the money in the girl’s shirt but didn’t do anything else.
