Khalid Bilal Appears In Muncie Court

A Muncie man who allegedly threatened to kill shoppers at the northside Goodwill has appeared in court. 24-year-old Khalid Bilal, who lives in the Scheidler Apartments, is accused of making those threats on March 25th. He’s being held at the Delaware County jail under a 100-thousand-dollar cash bond.
