A bill that would place Muncie Community Schools under state control is heading into a closed-door phase. Representative Sue Errington of Muncie says a committee report will be written and sent back to the House and Senate for final vote. A decision is expected soon as the Legislature will wrap up this year’s session by the end of this week.
