Underpass Fix Could Be Completed By September

Muncie Officials say the Madison Street underpass could be done before the end of this year. The major thoroughfare – notorious for flooding during heavy rain – could be done by mid-to-late September. The $5.5-million fix will help alleviate problems where vehicle traffic passes under two railroad tracks.
