Accused Of Ripping Off The Flea Market – Twice

He’s accused of ripping off the local flea market – twice. 18-year-old Joseph Matthew Ruston is facing two counts of burglary after allegedly stealing items from the Emporium Flea Market on South Madison Street in Muncie and later selling those items. The Chesterfield man was held in the Delaware County jail under a $20,000 bond.
