Author, researcher and speaker Dr. Ryan Anderson will present the 4th annual Halbrook Freedom Lecture at Taylor University this Thursday. Anderson is the William E. Simon senior research fellow at The Heritage Foundation, where he researches and writes about marriage, bioethics, religious liberty and political philosophy.
