The Indianapolis International Airport has again been named Best Airport in North America by the Airport Service Quality Awards. The state’s largest airport is receiving the honor for the fifth consecutive year. Passengers evaluated airports on 34 performance metrics, including access, check-in, security screening and restaurants.
