If you used a certain sleep medication, you could be entitled to money thanks to a multi-state settlement. The Indiana Attorney General says drug company Cephalon intentionally misled the United States Patent and Trademark Office to prevent competition. Hoosiers who purchased either brand-name Provigil or its generic version may be eligible to be a part of a $35 million settlement.
