Frankton Captures 2A Title & State Record

Frankton’s tough-as-nails defense not only clinched the Class 2A boys’ basketball state championship, but also came up with a 2A-record 19 steals and forced 25 turnovers. The Eagles rolled past the Crawford County Wolfpack 60-32 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Saturday. Frankton’s Keegan Freestone was named the Trester Mental Attitude Award winner.
