Vice President Mike Pence will deliver this spring’s commencement address at the University of Notre Dame, an honor customarily reserved for new U.S. presidents. The country’s best-known Catholic university declined to say whether President Donald Trump was invited to the May 21 ceremony. The school’s president has criticized Trump over his executive order limiting travel and refugees from some Muslim-majority countries, saying it would “demean our nation.”
